Skiller.Zone™ — Cookie Policy

Last Updated: September 3, 2026 Status: Working draft — requires review by qualified legal counsel before publication.

This Cookie Policy explains how [Skiller.Zone™ Operating Entity — legal name pending] ("Skiller.Zone™," "we," "us," "our") uses cookies and similar technologies on the Skiller.Zone™ platform, including the website and Telegram Mini App (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you consent to the use of cookies as described here, alongside the acknowledgment given in the sign-up modal (see Terms of Use, Section 1).

1. What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website or use a web-based app. Similar technologies (local storage, SDK-based session identifiers within the Telegram Mini App environment) serve equivalent purposes and are covered by this Policy.

2. Types of Cookies and Similar Technologies We Use

2.5. Third-Party Cookies

Set by services embedded in or connected to the Platform, which we do not directly control:

  • Authentication providers (e.g., Telegram)
  • Payment and on-ramp processors (including 0xProcessing and comparable aggregators) — transaction processing and fraud prevention
  • KYC/AML and blockchain address-screening vendors
  • Analytics providers

3. How We Use Cookies

  • Authentication: identifying you when you log in and maintaining your session.
  • Security and fraud prevention: protecting your account, detecting device-level collusion signals, preventing fraudulent activity.
  • Preferences: remembering display, currency, and language settings, including your live-chat language tab.
  • Analytics and performance: understanding usage and ensuring the Platform loads within our performance targets.

4. Managing Cookies

4.1. Browser Settings

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies through settings (Chrome: Settings > Privacy and Security > Cookies; Firefox: Settings > Privacy & Security > Cookies and Site Data; Safari: Preferences > Privacy > Cookies and Website Data; Edge: Settings > Cookies and Site Permissions).

4.2. Impact of Disabling Cookies

Disabling essential cookies may prevent you from logging in, connecting a wallet, making deposits or withdrawals, or participating in matches.

4.3. Telegram Mini App

Because the Mini App runs inside Telegram, some session data is managed by the Telegram client itself rather than your browser; standard browser cookie controls may not apply within the Mini App environment.

5. Do Not Track

The Platform does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals, as there is no industry standard for compliance.

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date.
